Returns: 
Our policy lasts 30 days. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (unless noted otherwise on manufacturers packaging). Send an email to: fanaticsworldwide@gmail.com to start your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original retail packaging. Please be sure to securely pack the item being returned to avoid damage on the return shipping.

If the item purchased is defective or the item does not match the description in the listing we will offer a full refund plus pay for return shipping.

If you are returning an item because of an accidental purchase or decide you don’t want the item anymore, you are responsible to pay for the return shipping w/delivery confirmation (insurance is optional). Tracking number for returned item must be sent to fanaticsworldwide@gmail.com. The item must be in the same condition as purchased. A refund less a 20% restocking fee will be given once the item is received back in its original condition.

To complete your return, we require an order number and name of person who purchased the item.

Refunds (if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: fanaticsworldwide@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at fanaticsworldwide@gmail.com prior to returning the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
